Please use this link to access the the Town of Fairfield's e-Procurement portal: https://fairfieldct.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/201266 The Town of Fairfield (Town) on behalf of its Parking Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide an upgrade to its computerized parking ticket and permit management system. The upgrade will require hardware and software for the Town to issue an estimated fifty thousand (50,000) parking tickets and an estimated 125,000 permits. The firm will provide new hardware and software, or enhance the current hardware and software, for the payment and processing of parking tickets, as well as provide necessary systems to notice vehicle owners of all outstanding tickets, and provide systems to communicate with state motor vehicle departments to look up vehicle owner identifications based on vehicle license plates.
