Bidders are hereby advised that some materials must be tested by an independent laboratory to ascertain compliance with the City's bid specifications. This testing must be done at the expense of the bidder and the independent testing laboratory must be approved by the City. Test reports shall be no older than two years.
****Bids without a Certified Laboratory Test Report will not be considered.
