Description: The purpose of this contract is to support the Office of Newborn Screening (NBS), which tests all infants born in Washington, Hawaii, and Idaho for a range of rare but treatable disorders using dried blood spot specimens collected on specialized medical filter paper cards. NBS utilizes five (5) distinct card kits that serve all three (3) states, including inserts for hearing screening tests.
