This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.

The Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is seeking proposals from qualified MWBE contractors to establish a comprehensive five-year executive plan to define strategic priorities, operational goals, and measurable outcomes.

Please submit your proposal by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement Tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses Tab. Contractors must complete and upload the Proposal Price Sheet exactly as provided, without any modifications or alterations.
