Overview

Summary

Through this contract, the vendor will be responsible for providing registered nurses to work in New Haven's public and parochial schools and to staff community-based vaccination clinics, as well as provide a family nurse practitioner who can provide school physicals, and testing, diagnosis and treatment for sexually transmitted infections in the New Haven Health Department's Health and Wellness center. Through this contract, it is anticipated that 0.5-1.0 FTE family nurse practitioner will be required as well was approximately 30 FTE registered nurses.
