Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Singapore will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.



The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore has a requirement to replace a 22kV HT Panel Charger, Backup Battery and partial discharge testing of 2 transformers in the Chancery.



All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.



The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type-contract.



The Government is planning to hold a site visit and the date for this will be in the solicitation.



Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
