The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified Contractors who can remove the existing roof membrane and insulation from the Federal Regional Center (FRC) ground-level roof and replace that with new insulation and provide modern roof membrane services.
A site visit will be held for market research purposes at the Federal Regional Center with a start time of 9:00 AM CST on April 21, 2025, so that contractors are able to assess the workspace in-person. The contractors will gather in the Native Nations Room within the Federal Regional Center, which is located at 800 North Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209, at 9:00 AM CST so that they can be escorted to the workspace. All representatives form industry who are interested in participating in the site visit opportunity are required to submit a completed facilities access form to Contract Specialist, Barbara Gonzalez via email to barbara.gonzalez@fema.dhs.gov, and to the Region 6 Procurement Branch, via email to R6-Contracts@fema.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 PM CST on April 17, 2025.
Response Deadline to the Sources Sought Notice: Contractors who are interested are invited to provide responses to the questions that are expressed in the sources sought notice attachment by the submitting them to Contract Specialist, Barbara Gonzalez via email to barbara.gonzalez@fema.dhs.gov, and to the Region 6 Procurement Branch, via email to R6-Contracts@fema.dhs.gov, no later than 11:00 AM CST on April 28, 2025.
