Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD, intends to issue a Delivery Order under the follow-on Basic Ordering Agreement to Undersea Sensor Systems Inc., 7625 Omnitech Place Suite 1, Victor NY 14564-9816, on an other than full and open basis. Digitization and engineering efforts will develop laboratory prototype hardware and software components capable of emulating sonobuoys and establish digital telemetry standards and interfaces for these prototype sonobuoy components using engineering software in the Software Defined Sonobuoy Receiver (SDSR). This effort includes the procurement of sonobuoy receiver simulators and stimulators with specified updates and prototype sonobuoy mobile test fixtures equipped with these updates as well as documentation needed to integrate into the P-8A. This Delivery Order is in support of the Air Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Systems Program Office (PMA-264).
