Description View Changes

The U.S. Embassy in Doha, Qatar, requires an Architectural & Engineering (A&E) firm to support the search and evaluation of a suitable residential property for acquisition by purchase or long-term lease. Services will include property search assistance, inspections, cost estimating, scope development, and design. The A&E firm will assist in evaluating properties with a local broker, conducting due diligence once under contract, and supporting post-acquisition commissioning and fit-out to prepare the property for official use.



The Embassy will select an Architect/Engineer firm based on the most technically qualified A/E firm. Firms wishing to be considered for this project should submit the attached Standard Form 330.I have attached instructions for completing this form.



Firms responding to this announcement on or before closing date will be considered for selection using the evaluation criteria in our attached letter in equal weight.



Please submit a completed Standard Form 330, along with all required documents in response to our cover letter, via email to DohaProcurement@state.gov on or before May 6, 2025, at 09:00 a.m.
