INVITATION FOR BIDS
HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE
CORTEZ LIFT STATION
BYPASS PUMP
GARLAND COUNTY, ARKANSAS
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an order of the Hot Springs Village POA (“POA”), proposals will be received via email at jsowell@hsvpoa.org for the office of the Hot Springs Village POA, Hot Springs Village, Arkansas 71909, until 2:00 p.m. on May 8, 2025, for the following work:
Washing Water Tanks
Specification and the POA BID sheet of water tanks may be requested at amerkuryeva@hsvpoa.org
The prospective bidders shall make such inspection and studies of the site and of the work as to familiarize themselves with all conditions to be encountered.
All bids with the POA BID sheet shall be emailed to Jake Sowell at jsowell@hsvpoa.org . All bids shall specify that it is a bid for Washing Water Tanks Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, and include the name and current contractor’s license number of the bidder.
Contractors must submit itemized bids by scope of work; labor, materials, clean up, transportation etc. Both bids and invoicing must be itemized. These requirements are to determine accurate tax liability and are not optional. Contractors are also required to provide proof of $1,000,000 in active liability coverage along with proof of Worker’s Compensation coverage or a certificate of Non-Coverage with bid submission and a completed W-9.
All bids must be itemized and include miscellaneous charges, freight, and taxes on the POA BID
sheet.
The POA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the POA. The POA further reserves the right to withhold the awarding of the contract for a period not to exceed 60 days after the receipt of bids.
