City-Wide Sidewalk Removal & Replacement

The City of Hutto, Texas, a Home Rule Municipality, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the removal and replacement of approximately 792 square yards of sidewalk and four (4) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant standard curb ramps at various locations throughout the City.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 2:00 PM CST, Wednesday, May 13, 2026 using the following information:

The City will be accepting Sealed Bids online via the Bonfire portal at https://huttotx.bonfirehub.com/projects until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Hard copies, or late submissions will not be accepted. A live bid opening will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams using the following information:

Contractors shall comply with City registration requirements as stated in the solicitation documents. Prevailing wages, bid security, and performance and payment bonds, if applicable, shall be as required by the contract documents.

The City of Hutto reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and award a contract in the best interest of the City in accordance with applicable law.
