The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB#8446 Roof Replacement at Fire Station No.7 this work includes Remove existing Roof and associated work and install New fully adhered Roof System including associated work

DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is Roofing

Bid documents can be obtained  electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Thursday December 26, 2024  after 10:00 A.M. in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Habeeb & Associates.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system.  Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Sealed General Contract bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration no later than Thursday January 16, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.
