Nettleton Public Schools – High School Lounge and Bathroom Remodel
You are invited to bid for a contract on selected Bid Packages, for the High School Lounge & Bathroom Remodel for the Nettleton School District located in Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereinafter termed owner. Bids are on a lump sum basis per the appropriate Bid Packages. The Construction Manager, Tate General Contractors, Inc., on behalf of the owner, will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., May 21st, 2026. Bids to be delivered to the place of opening at The office of the Construction Manager, Tate General Contractors, 115 Woody Lane, Jonesboro, AR 72401, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after the time stated above will not be opened. There will be a pre-bid conference at the site, on May 12th, 2026, at 3:30 p.m.

2. Millwork
3. Acoustical Ceilings, Metal Stud Framing, & Drywall
4. Doors, Frames, & Hardware
5. Flooring
6. Painting & Sheetrock Finishing
7. Specialties
8. Window Coverings
9. Plumbing
10. HVAC
11. Electrical
Electronic plans and specifications and other contract documents may be examined and obtained from the Construction Manager: Tate General Contractors, Inc. Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers wishing to obtain their own copy of the project manual and drawings may acquire them from Jonesboro Blueprint or Southern Reprographics at your own expense. No partial sets will be issued.
Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond or cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) for all bids exceeding $20,000.00 and made payable to: Tate General Contractors, Inc. Jonesboro Arkansas
All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas, as provided by Act 142 of 1967, amended by Act 293 of 1969, and Act 397 of 1971, and Act 546 of 1971, as enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond using AIA Document A312. Bond fees to be included in the Bid Proposals.
No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of the bids, without written consent to the owner.
Combination bids may be submitted, but they will only be considered if the bids included in the combo bid, are also bid individually.
