Construction of 3,285 LF of water main, replacing 259 LF of gravity sewer, upgrading approximately 600 LF of sewer lines using cured-in-place pipe and rehabilitating manholes. Construction includes soil erosion and sediment control, maintenance of traffic, and restoration including pavement repair and overlay to SCDOT standards.
