RFP No. 16204 Dependent Eligibility Verification Assistance

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid : The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA” or “Authority”) hereby solicits a technical and cost proposal for Dependent Eligibility Verification Assistance (“DEVA” or the “Services”) from a consultant firm (“Contractor” or “Consultant”) to provide dependent eligibility verification assistance for the MTA. The MTA plans to select one firm to provide the required Services.

The MTA is seeking a consultant who will contract with the MTA to provide the MTA with DEVA and ensure that the Services performed meet best practices in the industry and the requirements specified in the Scope of Work (“SOW”)

Consultant shall administer a one-time verification of dependent eligibility for multiple health insurance carriers (excluding NYSHIP) affiliated with the health benefits programs offered by MTA. The Consultant may conduct Services either directly or through subcontracts with organizations qualified to perform all or some of the Services required under the scope of this project.
