The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at one of the sites, 27 Napier Road, Singapore 258508. 6. Proof of SAM Registration

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.

Other Information:

1. Quoters are urged to submit written questions by fax or email at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled pre-quotation conference date. Questions shall be addressed to the attention of the Contracting Officer at email: SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov.
