The Marion County School District is soliciting bids for the following services:

e Fuel (Non-Ethanol - Diesel and Gasoline: The District seeks competitive bids
for the supply and demand of non-ethanol gasoline and diesel fuel. Specific
requirements, including delivery locations and frequency, will be provided in
detailed specifications.

Proposals for the following are hereby requested. Detailed specifications can be
obtained from the Superintendent's Office:

e Waste Disposal Services
e Mat and Mop Rental

e Pest Control

e Carpet Cleaning

All bids must be received in the Superintendent's Office in the Marion County
School District, located at 1010 Highway 13 North, Columbia, Mississippi 39429, no
later than 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

Interested bidders are invited to obtain detailed specifications for each service from
the Superintendent's office.

The Marion County School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to
waive any informalities, and to award the service(s) to the lowest and best bidder(s).

The lowest and best bidder(s) will be presented to, voted on and awarded by the
Marion County School Board on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the board meeting
scheduled at 6:00 p.m.

Sealed bids for each service must be submitted separately and clearly labeled with
the specific service being bid on (e.g., "BID FOR FUEL,"" BID FOR WASTE
DISPOSAL," "BID FOR MAT AND MOP RENTAL," "PEST CONTROL" "CARPET
CLEANING").
