Notice of Intent to renew Cisco’s Collaboration Flex Plan 3.0 through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by NASPO.

Clean Water Services (District) intends to renew Cisco’s Collaboration Flex Plan 3.0, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). The District is a member of NASPO’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.
The State of Utah, Division of Purchasing, in partnership with NASPO, issued a Request for Proposal Solicitation SK18001 requesting competitive responses for Data Communications Products & Services and awarded a contract to Presidio Networked Solutions, Inc (Presidio). District will purchase Cisco's Collaboration Flex Plan 3.0 from Presidio, for the sum of $38,294.04.
Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from SHI through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist at DuffeK@cleanwaterservices.org no later than September 2, 2025
