PRE-BID MEETING:
A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. Prospective bidders may contact the Project Manager to schedule a site visit.
The Town of Vail requests Bids for:
Placement of approximately 35,000 square yards of Type II Slurry Seal on selected public streets within the Town of Vail. Work is scheduled to be performed between May 4, 2026, and June 19, 2026.

. Bidders must print out their own copies. Any questions concerning this Request for Bids shall be directed IN WRITING ONLY to the Town by E-MAIL:

. All questions shall be directed to the contacts listed above no later than 12:00 P.M. February 26, 2026. Final questions and answers will be sent to pre-qualified bidders that have requested Drawings and Specifications for the Project no later than Monday morning of bid opening week. No Addenda will be issued later than March 2, 2026, except for an addendum, if necessary, postponing the Bid date or withdrawing the Invitation for Bids.
