Priced at $2,000 per acre, Sheerness Industrial Park offers flexible lot sizes from 30 to 43+ acres and essential infrastructure, including three-phase power, high-speed fiber optic internet, natural gas, and licensed raw water. The park provides a cost-effective location for industrial operations, with lower land and development costs, convenient access to major highways and rail, and incentives available to support new developments.
