The United States Air Force (USAF) at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing accredited, nationally recognized Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and First Aid training support services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This BPA will support the annual certification and recertification of an estimated 5,500 Department of Defense (DoD) employees on base. Support will include curriculum, training materials, and other resources necessary for certified USAF instructors at HAFB to conduct training. The USAF is seeking vendors who can quickly establish training support capabilities at HAFB. Interested vendors, please provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimate, including the timeframe required to establish training support facilitated through HAFB and the estimated cost for 5,500 CPR certifications.
