Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Evans Federal Solutions

The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Evans Federal Solutions, LLC, 1577 Spring Hill Rd., Ste 110, Vienna, VA 22182-2223, a small business, to design a solution to enhance ventilation aspects of and add vertical panels to existing Evans workstations. This special notice is IAW FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply/service will satisfy agancy requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is being posted for at least thirty (30) days IAW FAR 6.305. No solicitation package will be available. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.

All qualified sources must respond no later than 10:00 AM CST, 11 July, 2025.

A determination by the Government not to compete this prposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
