PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) solicitation is to solicit a contract vendor(s) to provide waste and recycling services for the Minnesota Correctional Facility (MCF) located at 7525 4th Avenue, Lino Lakes, MN 55014.
QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response must be made in writing to John H. Roth, Buyer, via email at john.h.roth@state.mn.us by May 27, 2025, no later than 3:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request
modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
SITE VISIT. Responders are encouraged, but not required, to visit the MCF Lino Lakes facility located at 7525 4TH Avenue, Lino Lakes, MN 55014. Site visits, if requested, should be completed no later than May 27, 2025.
SITE VISIT REQUEST. To request a site visit, Responders must first provide their driver's license information to Adaku Ekeke, Administrative Specialist, (651) 717-6719, Adaku.Eleke@state.mn.us. Once you've been notified that your BCA check has been approved, you must contact the Physical Plant Director, Jeff Sebeck, 651-717-6710, Jeffery.Sebeck@state.mn.us, to inform him of your request for a site visit.
