THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase advertising on boat safety. The DNR has created 15 second videos that they would like ran on digital gas station pumps throughout the State of Minnesota and we have artwork that we would like printed as poster size and displayed indoors at retail establishments. There is NO artwork or design component to this solicitation, only printing what we provide to poster size and displaying the videos we provide as well as installing the posters in retail locations. Please see exact specifications in the Sample Contract document, Exhibit C.
The Contractor(s) must be able to provide these items at a contracted rate. The State reserves the right to use any bid that may result from this Solicitation and may award to more than one vendor.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to Denise Katchmark at denise.katchmark@state.mn.us no later than June 16, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum published within the bid request.
Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed may result in rejection of the response.
