Sources Sought for Furnishing Management Operations at Altus AFB, OK

This is a Sources Sought Notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3 – Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes is for informational/market research purposes only. This notice is issued for the purposes of acquiring capability statements from all qualified and interested parties that can provide furnishing management services and change of occupancy maintenance at Altus AFB, OK.

The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 561720 and the size standard is $22M. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The notice respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

Requested Information

Market research is being conducted to determine the availability of SBA 8(a) companies to provide furnishing management and change of occupancy services. The government requests that interested parties submit the following information in your response:

• Company name, address, point of contact, telephone numbers, and e-mail address


• A description of services offered to that meet needs listed in the attached Performance Work Statement


• CAGE Code and SAM ID Number
