The work includes, but is not limited to, the services requiring all labor, supervision, management, tools, material, equipment, technical support, transportation and anything necessary to perform Solid Waste and Asbestos Disposal at the following Locations:

1)The Philadelphia Navy Yard - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

2)Naval Support Activity – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
