Amendment 0001 is posted on 10 June 2025 to extend solicitation through 12 June 2025 at 2:00PM EST and to answer the below questions from industry.




  1. The solicitation notes that we are to provide Herman Miller or equal furniture. Herman Miller has several styles of furniture and finishes. Can you provide the product styles and finishes that we are to match or provide some photos of the existing furniture?



Answer: The color is black. However, for cabinets or legs steel is appropriate as they are the metal components.




  1. Is the location for the installation on the ground floor?



Answer: Location for installation is on the ground floor.




  1. If the space is not on the ground floor, is there an elevator available to use?



Answer: N/A there is a loading dock and spaces are easily accessible.




  1. Are there any steps or hinderances in delivering to the building where we are to install?



Answer: No steps, loading docks and ramps exist.




  1. To ensure full compliance with the requirements, and to better assess the best matching solution, could you please provide photos or visual references of the existing furniture currently in place?



Answer: No photos/visuals will be provided due to part numbers being included in solicitation.



This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance

with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for

Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This

announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written

solicitation will not be issued. This notice will be posted for less than 15 days in accordance with

FAR 5.203(a)(2). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-25-Q-0517.
