Description

PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation is to install a PM2.5 Automated Filter Weighing System at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) laboratory located at 520 Lafayette Road N, St. Paul, MN 55155. The weighing system must conform to the specifications listed in the Sample Contract and Exhibits, Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work. The proposal must include software and
training MPCA employees.
QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Craig Fernholz, Buyer 3 via email at craig.fernholz@state.mn.us by November 5, 2024, at 2:00PM. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State
Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
