Description
The following is a Sources Sought/ Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre-Solicitation or Solicitation document. The Government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes, or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS), University Drive C, Bldg#1, Room 2A118, Pittsburgh PA 15240, has a Brand Name or Equal requirement for procurement item description.
The following items are required:
This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement for one Endometrial Ablation System and Fluent Fluid Management System.
Scope of Work: To obtain one (1) Ablation RF Controller Model 10, one (1) Fluent Fluid Management System, one (1) Myosure Device Model #10-403FC, and one (1) Fluent Disposable Pack Model #FLT-112.

Delivery:
Delivery shall be within ninety (90) days from time of award. Systems shall be delivered to the Pittsburgh VAMC located at University Drive C. Pittsburgh, PA 15240; Attn: Warehouse. Biomedical Engineering will need to perform a safety check and enter the equipment into the system for annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) checks. Placement in the Pittsburgh VAMC shall be coordinated through the COR/ POC, Monday through Friday; 8:00am 2:30pm.
