Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Belden Brick

SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the construction of the Artificial Intelligence & Machine Research Center Capability (AIMR-2C) Addition located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:

Belden Brick Modular No. 8601 21-27 Smooth: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for Belden Brick, Modular No. 8601 21-27 Smooth.

***This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 1:00 PM ET on 13 November 2024 to Jacob.S.Pridemore@usace.army.mil.
