REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - CONCESSION SERVICES
The City of Clayton will receive proposals until 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 6, 2026, for concession services for the 2026 summer season, May 23rd through September 7th, 2026, at the Shaw Park Aquatic Center. Requests for proposal documents are online at
www.claytonmo.gov/bids
. Any proposal received after the time and date specified will not be considered. The City reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any or all proposals and to select all or any portion of any proposal which it believes in the City’s sole and unlimited discretion, to be in the City’s best interest.
All Proposals should be delivered to Micky Kaufman , Recreation Superintendent, The Center of Clayton, 50 Gay Avenue, Clayton, Missouri 63105.
