Project Description: The Jordan School District (JSD, District) is seeking to enter into a contract with a qualified professional employee insurance and benefit consultant/broker firm to assist JSD in the management of its employee health and welfare benefit programs. The qualified consultant/broker will review and evaluate current plan designs and identify competitive options available to the District. Further, the selected consultant/broker will provide strategic recommendations on an on-going basis for appropriate district-wide group health and welfare benefit plans.

This RFP is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this RFP conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
