Sealed bids are invited and will be received by the City of Waukegan, at City Hall 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan IL 60085 until September 30, 2025 at 9:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) for:

2025-2027 SLUDGE DEWATERING BID

In accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the City Clerk this will be made available to all parties desiring to bid. Bids will be opened at City Hall 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., and bids will be due September 30, 2025 at 9:00am.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder and the words:

2025-2027 SLUDGE DEWATERING BID

Bids shall be addressed to City of Waukegan, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan Illinois 60085 and shall received before 9:00 a.m. September 30, 2025.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form.
