The Human Resources and Organizational Management Branch (HROM) is seeking a qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Contractor/Vendor to provide Professional Skills and Communication Training Seminars for Marine Corps civilian employees in the National Capital Region (MCNCR). These seminars are intended to strengthen employees’ foundational professional skills and communication frameworks. The training shall include instruction in effective policy writing, problem solving, conflict resolution, communicating with tact and professionalism, and delivering exceptional customer service. Courses will be delivered at Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, and at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA, as designated under the terms of the contract.
