Description:
Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Fire Protection System Repair and Replacement services, as described herein:
Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to complete the repair and replacement of Fire Protection System. All work shall be performed in accordance with Uniform Building Code, latest National Fire Protection Agency 13/25 standards and State Fire Marshal published requirements as described in the Sample Agreement.
