Project Description: A. The locations of the work are: Fayette Avenue from 200 West to 300 West, 1100 West from American Avenue to Hayes Avenue, Girard Avenue from Columbus Street to east terminus end and Charlton Circle from 900 East to east terminus at Cul-de-sac, in Salt Lake City.
B. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes but is not limited to: roadway improvements: curb and gutter, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork and storm drain and water work.
