The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: This request for proposals (RFP) seeks qualified
contractors, licensed and certified as applicable in the State of Utah, to construct a new stadium including
bleachers, grandstands, pressbox, artificial turf sports field, and track in Richfield, Utah.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
