The 130th Airlift Wing, Charleston, WV is seeking a formal quotation for the purchase of a UTV for the FSRT of the FSS Squadron. To be considered technically acceptable, all quotations must fully comply with the minimum required specifications outlined below:

• New 2025 or 2026 Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV)


• All terrain – 4x4 with gasoline engine


• 4,000-lb front winch


• 6 Seat – Bench seats front and back


• Dump Bed


• Head lights/Tail lights


• Enclosed with 4 doors


• Heat and A/C


• Fixed windshield and manual crank windows


• Roll cage


• Seat belts


• Hitch towing capacity for 1,500 pounds with standard 2-inch receiver
