Project Description: City of South Jordan is seeking to hire a qualified Contractor to remove and replace old concrete lanes throughout the Daybreak area of the City. These lanes are used to access homes and driveways for residents in the Daybreak area and it is imperative that they are completed to City standards and specifications and within the specified period. The work includes demolition and removal of existing concrete and installation of new concrete.
Base Bid 1 Work should be complete by June 18th, 2026, including all invoicing.
Base Bid 2 Work shall start after July 1st, 2026 and must be complete by August 12th, 2026, including all invoicing.
The City anticipates that a Notice to Proceed will be given on the following date, but reserves the right to change such date:
Anticipated date of Notice to Proceed Base Bid 1: May 7th, 2026
Anticipated date of Notice to Proceed Base Bid 2: July 1st, 2026
Proposals will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All proposals shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal if the City believes that it would not be in the best
interest of the project or the City. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the proposal is not
responsive, or the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to meet any other
pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by City.
