Project Description: Ada County (hereinafter referred to as “County”) is requesting submissions from qualified vendors to provide information regarding available Queue Management Systems (“QMS”). Ada County Procurement (“Procurement”) will act as the administrative agent on behalf of the County. Procurement will assist in gathering, reviewing responses, and will participate in discussions with County representatives pursuant to this Request for Information (“RFI”). No award will be made from these submissions.
