Ohio Department of Health- Rural Health Transformation Program - 59679- Community Health Worker Training and Technical Assistance

The objective of Rural Health Transformation Community Health Worker (CHW) Training and Technical Assistance  is to e nsure Ohio has a well-prepared and sustainable Community Health Worker workforce equipped to meet the unique needs of rural communities. The Ohio Department of Health aims to contract with a vendor who is qualified to develop and deliver targeted skill-building and professional development opportunities that will strengthen CHWs’ capacity to connect rural Ohioans to essential resources and improve health outcomes.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP DOH59679 for #SRC0000038332. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total proposal before the closing date and time, which is 06/15/2026 at 3:00PM.
