Project Description: The City of Brownsville seeks consultant services to prepare a focused planning and policy study for the Southmost area. The assignment will evaluate corridor conditions, community needs, and applicable regulations, and will produce implementation-ready recommendations to preserve neighborhood character while supporting compatible reinvestment, safer multimodal connectivity, and targeted public realm improvements.
