Background

The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) requires a reliable source of unleaded gasoline to support daily operations of its non-diesel fleet vehicles and support equipment. Fuel is essential to maintaining uninterrupted transit service, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring operational readiness. RTA currently maintains gasoline storage tanks at its 600 Longworth Street facility and anticipates installing two additional 15,000-gallon unleaded gasoline tanks at its new facility located at 701 Longworth Street during the contract term. This expansion will significantly increase on-site storage capacity and may reduce delivery frequency over time.
