The City of Georgetown seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation (Proposer) with substantial and relevant experience and expertise to provide HVAC Tune Up Services that ensures HVAC systems are operating efficiently, effectively and in compliance with industry standards.
The successful Proposer (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this Request For Proposal (RFP), maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP. Sealed proposals may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before July 21 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
