3. Automated Logic is the sole source provider for the fire alarm system products and maintenance services.

4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

1. The purpose of this amendment is to post the site visit sign-in sheet and the preproposal conference minutes.

Trade Agreements (May 2014), Alternate I (May 2014), Alternate II (Nov 2023).

d. Added 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee (Sept 1996).

e. Clause 52.225-11 and provisions 52.225-12 and 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee are included at

the end of the "B05 Amendment 1 Pryor Clinic Expansion Construction" document.

4. The questions and answers received in response to this solicitation are added as an

attachment.
