Project Description: The base bid for this project includes, but is not limited to: Elevate and temporarily support the existing structure, construct new foundation walls where necessary, backfill existing basement, provide foundation wall openings, construct a utility room within the house for relocated utilities, disconnect, relocate, and reconnect existing utilities and mechanical equipment,
install flood vents, provide access to the elevated structure, and restore all disturbed areas and landscaping.
