Description:

Contractor agrees to provide phlebotomy services and clinical laboratory analysis coverage 24 hours a day, seven (7) days per week for Canyon Springs Community Facility. Contractor shall provide phlebotomy services on-site at Canyon Springs and provide clinical laboratory analysis services and reports of findings/results. Contractor shall be available to provide routine services/coverage Monday through Friday, and ¿on call¿ services 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week for the Canyon Springs facility.
