Description: This requirement requires U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessels (multiple awards up to two, or until the needs of the government have been met) capable of carrying a minimum of 150 TEUs of containerized ammunition while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. Minimum laden speed shall be 13 knots and maximum length overall (LOA) not to exceed 825 feet.

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of the delivery is Souda Bay, Greece; and the place/range of redelivery is Nordenham, Germany. The layday(s) commences/cancels on 17 August for the first charter and commences/cancels on 24 August 2026 for the second charter. The period of performance will be about 23 days for each chartered vessel.

Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC Director of Small Business Programs concurred with this decision.
