0001 – Design, procurement, and installation of a fully integrated audio-visual system upgrade for one conference room, including integration with existing government-furnished equipment (GFE) such as displays, cameras, and VTC equipment. Including but not limited to the installation of: two (2) large-format displays; two (2) cameras; high quality ceiling-mounted microphones; four (4) full-range ceiling-mounted speakers; necessary cabling; A/V connections for two (2) NIPR GFE PCs; integrated control system with touch panel; standard equipment rack to fit existing furniture; and Matrix Switch, Audio Amplifier/Mixer, and Surge Protector. Configuration, integration, and testing of all components. The system must be compatible with multiple classified and unclassified networks. Services also include on-site training and ongoing support. All equipment provided must be TAA compliant.
Training Effectiveness: Training provided to government personnel must be comprehensive and effective, ensuring users can confidently operate and maintain the AV system. Consider requiring post-training assessments.
0002 – Installation
Period of performance is 90 Days ARO
Evaluation - Award will be based upon the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria on each item independently. All items and quantities in the LOM must be quoted. If Quotes are not in accordance with the attached LOM and do not meet the requirement, the quote will be considered ineligible for award.
The offeror must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award.
A site visit will be required from an Audio Video specialist. The site visit will be held on 30 July 2025 at 10:00 AM CDT (Central Daylight Time). The POC for the site visit is Jessica Ochs and can be reached at jessica.ochs@us.af.mil or 757-298-9376. RSVP is required NLT 12:00 PM CDT on 29 July 2025. If you require a gate pass, please inform the POC at the time of RSVP.
