Summary

The purpose of this project is for Wicomico County (“County”) to contract for Construction Inspection and Management Services (CMIS)-inclusive of surveying and foundation design services for a FEMA/MEMA Structural Elevation Project, to elevate a house at the address 2705 Church Street, Quantico (in Town of Whitehaven) , MD, in conformity with the requirements contained herein.



Background

The County is seeking proposals for qualified vendors to perform construction services for Structure Elevation at the address 2705 Church Street, Quantico (in Town of Whitehaven), MD to elevate the residential structure two feet above the base flood elevation (BFE plus 2 feet) and constructing the foundation per the documents contained in this Solicitation. The Work consists of elevating the lowest finished floor elevation to a height of at least two (2) feet above BFE, Construct the foundation, and then lowering the building onto the new foundation/pier(s). The Vendor shall furnish all equipment, tools, materials, labor, and incidentals necessary to complete the project, within the time period specified, and in accordance with the Solicitation documents, under a grant funded program.
